Project AZ-11/12-19 Pile Load Testing

Pile Load Testing helps to reduce cost and avoids economic losses if interpreted the right way. Sometimes project developers are getting the sticker shock when they hear the price for a load test, especially when it is a small project where the cost impact is high. Let’s us convince you that it is in your best interest that this is done professionally with the proper procedures.

Project 70 – Fresno Cogen Solar Project

Synchronized pile driving is not Olympic, but we had a tight schedule as the system needed to be done at a certain day in April, so we pushed it! The soil conditions were not favorable so we had to deal with refusals, but it all worked out.

Project 7 Baldock

Adjacent to farm fields on one side and a safety rest area on the other, the Baldock Solar Station is a 1.75dc Megawatt solar array at the French Prairie Safety Rest Area (formerly Baldock), south of Wilsonville on Interstate 5 in unincorporated Clackamas County. The 6,994 panel array sits on about seven acres of ODOT property on the east side of the northbound rest area, producing approximately 1.97 million kilowatt-hours of clean, renewable, homegrown energy annually.

Project 63 – Little Rock

Faster , faster , faster , but at the same time we need the precision otherwise the project will suffer the consequences later on. Like the old saying : " You need a strong foundation to built a long lasting house"

Project 401 Inspection & Maintenance Bakersfield

Inspection and maintenance - why - things break and things need to be maintained. Especially Outdoors! We are the boots on the ground that is why we call it I&M as we are not necessarily doing the O -Operation!

Project 33 Rio Rancho & Sue Cleveland

Rio Rancho public schools have completed two ground-mounted solar arrays at Cleveland and Rio Rancho High Schools. Each system is approximately 1,200-kilowatts and consists of more than 4,000 solar panels. Together they are expected to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions equal to taking 632 passenger cars off the road. What became a successful project - started literally "rocky" - we saw quit some refusals which had to be mitigated in a timely fashion.
sun-service-ground mount solutions

Project 30 Valencia

It is very gratifying for all project members to see the finished product. At that time you forget all the nights you had to deal with the elements, animals, break ins, thefts, vandalism, technical difficulties and the schedule.

Project 27 Orange

It's not easy when the temperature is -4, you have snow on the ground and the schedule is tight. Then you have to come up with a different game plan to stake the points , string the rows and get the project going.

Project 254 Test Loading & Geotech Support Hanford

To get the ball rolling on a Ground-Mount Solar installation you need to conduct a test loading procedure to evaluate the load bearing capacity of the ground besides other factors. See what we did for this client.

Project 190 – Red Bluff 11.4MW

In a 7 week time-frame, Sunstall installed 30,240 solar panels at the Sierra Pacific Industries in Red Bluff California. This project is expected to provide about 30 years’ worth of savings to the company and will generate power for the windows division plant and office in Red Bluff, California.

Project 171/172 St. Louis & Thomas Creek

St. Louis & Thomas Creek We implemented adaptive Lean Management - We are implementing lean constructions methods and procedures wherever possible to improve labor efficiency. quality and safety.

Project 168 – Bonanza

The Bonanza Solar Plant (Bonanza) is located in Bonanza, Oregon in the United States. The 6.8 MWDC solar plant was acquired from leading US developer, Cypress Creek Renewables, LLC,. But before the plant could go operational some rocks had to be moved and holes for the foundations had to be pre-drilled.

Project 163 – Cornerstone

This 1 MW roof project was finished in 2018 and was kind of unique as two different racking systems were used.

Project 160 – Eagle Point 13.4MW

The Eagle Point power plant is expected to generate more than 22 GWh of clean energy annually, equivalent to avoiding 16,000 tons of CO2 emissions each year.
