The project
The goal at 384 BMK was to save energy for our client and landlord – so we persuaded him to go solar – with success! We installed a roof mounted PV system at the Bel Marin Keys office building using Solarworld module, Solectria inverters and a aerocompact racking system.
Process
For the most part we had to work during the weekends or after 4pm as the office people did not want to hear anybody walking above them.

Racking solution
AEROCOMPACT S is an aerodynamic south-oriented racking solution for mounting framed modules on flat roofs with 5°, 10° and 15° mounting tilts. Our first install went smoothly and we are excited to work on the next projects!
O&M
Sunstall took over the O&M management of the array and controls the production on an incremental base. Our quality procedures guarantee optimal production rates to serve our client and the planet!
