Project 254 Test Loading & Geotech Support Hanford

Preparation is key

The first step for every ground mount project is to conduct a risk analysis and determine which areas might be problematic in terms of the soil conditions. After that an efficient test plan has to be developed given the expected loads from the racking system  and the number of test piles.

Pile Driving

The next step in the process is the pile driving according to the map and starting with the first embedment depth. From there on the embedment depends on the test results.

Now testing can begin – procedures might vary given the goal of the analysis. It is important to react on results and to change the plan to fully understand the bearing capacity of the soil.

Test Report

At the end our clients will receive a test report and can use the results for their analysis.
