Site Preparation by Sunstall
The project site featured uneven terrain that had not been fully graded prior to pile driving. As a result, we had to regrade several areas afterward to meet structural requirements—a step that increased project costs. These issues could have been avoided with earlier terrain modeling and GPS-guided grading. Nevertheless, our team acted quickly and effectively to ensure proper foundation conditions and long-term system integrity.
Turning 2D Plans into 3D Reality
Translating two-dimensional engineering drawings into a fully operational three-dimensional array required seamless coordination at every phase. Using advanced survey tools and deploying our experienced field crews, Sunstall delivered an installation with inch-level precision—critical for optimal tracker performance and system longevity.

Advanced Tracking and High-Performance Modules
We installed Nextracker’s Smart S7 single-axis tracker system, recognized for its efficiency and adaptability in large-scale projects. The system is paired with First Solar’s thin-film modules, designed for high-temperature performance and long-term durability. Sunstall ensured a smooth integration of these technologies while maintaining high-quality construction standards throughout.
S7 WEdges – Precision and Stability
A key feature of the Nextracker system is the S7 WEdge, a specially designed component that reduces torque tube deflection and ensures consistent alignment. These wedges are particularly effective on sloped or uneven terrain, where they improve system stability under wind and snow loads. With Sunstall’s precise installation work, these components were optimally placed to support long-term movement and structural strength.
