Sunstall is proud to celebrate the completion of its 100th solar project in collaboration with Coldwell Solar and OMCO Solar – a significant milestone highlighting the strength and consistency of a long-standing partnership.

A Partnership Powered by Progress

Over the past six years, the three companies have worked together on a wide range of solar installations across the U.S., combining OMCO Solar’s American-made mounting and tracker solutions, Coldwell Solar’s development and project leadership, and Sunstall’s precision in mechanical construction. Together, the partnership has delivered high-quality solar solutions for utility, commercial, industrial, and agricultural clients.

The project

Located in Bakersfield, California, is a 0.5 MW single-axis tracker system designed to maximize solar efficiency using OMCO’s tracker technology. This system allows solar panels to follow the sun’s movement throughout the day, significantly boosting energy output – up to 25% more compared to traditional fixed-tilt systems. Construction on the project was met with typical field challenges, but thanks to the strong coordination and problem-solving approach among all partners, the installation progressed smoothly and efficiently. Sunstall led the mechanical execution of the system, including pile driving, racking assembly, and module installation – delivering a high-quality result marked by precision, reliability, and attention to detail.
