My first weeks in America
I dreamed of traveling to the United States, seeing this great new world, which is life overseas, how work and technology look like… And here I am!

I have been an Intern at Sunstall since January, which builds solar farms. It is a relatively small company, very friendly and above all focused on the quality of services rendered. Training and substantive preparation for the work performed are important here. Projects carried out for reflection and completed in every degree. If there are any problems, because of course such occur in construction, they are solved immediately, so that the customer was satisfied.

Different work environment
First of all, the approach to work is different here than in Poland, where I come from. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful to each other. I don’t know if this is due to the climate that prevails here, but I am delighted with it! The work is very interesting and provides great development opportunities. Everyone is trying to give me as much information as possible and show the behaviors functioning here. Safety in work is very important. Everyone is treated here equally. There are no divisions, despite different nationalities. There are also impossible things to do, sometimes they require a little more time, but the teamwork that is noticed here is fruitful. My impressions from the first three weeks are very positive. I am very happy to be part of the Sunstall team, meet new people, experience a new job market. Every day I learn something new. I hope there is still a lot ahead of me.
