Sunstall Inc. Recognized as a 2018 Top Solar Contractor
The Solar Power World Top Solar Contractors list includes Novato-based solar firm
Novato, California—More than 10,600 megawatts of solar power were installed last year in the United States, and local installer Sunstall Inc. has been recognized by Solar Power World magazine for its contributions to the industry. Sunstall Inc. achieved a rank of 48 out of 450 solar companies on the magazine’s 2018 Top Solar Contractors list.

Last year was the first time solar jobs decreased since The Solar Foundation’s first Solar Jobs Census in 2010, but some companies are doing their part to make sure the people-power matches the solar power in this industry. Here are some standout solar companies making a difference.

The Solar Power World Top 500 Solar Contractors List includes Novato-based solar firm, which employs 28 professionals
Novato, CA—Solar power is a booming business worldwide, but local installer Sunstall Inc. is among the companies recently named to an annual and well-recognized list of North America’s top solar contractors. Sunstall Inc. achieved a rank of 38 out of 500 solar companies.
The Top 500 Solar Contractors List is developed by Solar Power World magazine to recognize the work completed by solar contractors across the U.S. and Canada. Mounting Systems Integrates Sigma I Steel Ground Mounts into a 4 MW Photovoltaic Project

West Sacramento, CA – In light of the recent completion of a 4 MW PV project in Livermore, CA, Mounting Systems is proud to announce its contribution to the success of this solar development at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL). It is a pleasure to inform you that Kelly Hatfield has joined our management team as the Chief, Operations Manager for Sunstall. He will take over managing all our solar panel installation projects in the field. Additionally, he will be responsible for managing our field personnel.
Kelly comes to us after a 30 year career serving in the U.S. Coast Guard. With a wealth of leadership and management experience including program management, serving in command of 3 Coast Guard Cutters, and second in command of leading California’s 4,400 Coast Guard personnel over the last 3 years, his operational experience will be invaluable to our mobile solar installation teams. He has already spent several months in the field working several Sunstall jobs and is excited to be part of the team.
