Service Price Adjustment Update 2021

We continue to feel the impact the global COVID-19 pandemic and commodity volatility is having on supply chains, resulting in material shortages, logistic capacity constraints and significantly increasing raw materials, transportation and labor costs. Raw Materials, such as Steel and Copper, have also climbed to record highs. This comes along with a high demand for solar installation services.

We have been working on various productivity improvement efforts internally to absorb these increases, but we are not able to fully offset the inflation impact nor material delays. As a result, we will be implementing price adjustments on our services effective June 1, 2021.

We will honor the prices on existing proposals during the bid validity period.

We are committed more than ever to our customers and partners that we will continue to provide innovative, reliable and cost-effective services and solutions.

We will continue to monitor the situation and if we see further inflationary pressures, Sunstall may take additional price actions.
