You really helped us a lot during the years of growth and challenges – much appreciated!
As you are moving on we hope you find a place with a chair and the same group of great people – save the planet Dan!
Thank you very much for being an integral part of Sunstall’s success in the last 6 years!
Today I would like to share with you the news that Dan Aduna will leave the company in the beginning of June. This was planned and is the result of a great job Dan has done for the company. Going back 4 years when he started we did not have all the accounting processes down, and we did not have those sophisticated analyses Dan created. By the way, Dan was supposed to be just a summer helper – as we know by now he stayed longer. Now is the time for him to move on, to learn more and maybe to move up the Corporate ladder. Thank you Dan for all you have invested into Sunstall – we will not forget and you will stay a Sunstaller! All the Best for your future endeavors!
Who is the new kid on the block? It’s not one person – it’s a whole organization – Upsourced Accounting. Ryan Watson, an accounting expert and founder and principal of Upsourced Accounting is leading the charge. Together we will change processes and ways of communication to be as efficient as possible. We expect challenges in the beginning but are committed to a clean transition.
What will change for you?
Very little. First, we’d ask that you begin emailing your invoices to us if you’re not already, and to direct those emails to a new accounts payable inbox we’ve created – email@example.com
Second, you’ll be receiving an invite from us to create a free receivables account on bill.com. If you’re not familiar with bill.com, it’s a cloud based A/P management system that allows us to streamline our approvals and workflows and – most importantly – help you get paid faster! You’ll receive the invite shortly, but if you have any questions in the meantime, here’s a helpful factsheet about the tool.
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us or to Upsourced Accounting directly. Thank you for your help in making this a smooth and successful transition!”
